Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Shad Abdulla, I am glad you are here. I am a naturopathic medical student and doctoral candidate in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. My journey began in the gardens of Kurdistan, where I first felt the quiet wisdom of plants. Later, after earning my Bachelor’s degree in Biology and navigating my own health challenges, I found a calling in medicine that weaves together both science and tradition.

Today, I’m training to bridge modern research with ancient healing practices. Through naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, and Chinese herbal medicine, I focus on practical, natural ways to support balance - whether that means easing stress, restoring energy, improving digestion, or simply helping people feel more at home in their bodies.

I created Blue YARROW to share this journey and offer tools for everyday wellness. My work is rooted in three values: serenity, trust, and growth. My hope is to guide others toward simple, sustainable practices that nurture both body and spirit, and inspire a deeper connection with health, nature, and self.
